Services. JW Sawmill and Lumber provides Fireplace Mantels, Hardwood Lumber, Rough Cut Lumber, Softwood Lumber, Wood Beams, Wood Slabs and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://jwsawmillandlumber.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of JW Sawmill and Lumber or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Cap on Damages. Liability of JW Sawmill and Lumber arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify JW Sawmill and Lumber from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TN, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in TN.
Modifications. JW Sawmill and Lumber may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
